Once upon a time in Farnham, a bold story from Chapter One took root, one that would transform The Courtyard from a piece of history into a maker of it. A tale of four volumes - The Apartments, The Coach House, The Smoke House and The Courtyard Mews.

A first for Farnham, The Courtyard produced 23 beautifully crafted zero-carbon apartments, now fully occupied with our thriving community. Here, considered design meets planet-positive innovation, bringing new life to a once-overlooked plot in the centre of the town. A heritage setting, reimagined through a collection of one, two and three bedroom homes, all with parking. Phase 1 - The Apartments are sold out.

However, the story doesn’t end there. The Coach House and The Smoke House are set to join the narrative in May and July. A grand three- and two-bedroom residences with soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and a showstopping sustainable specification worthy of local lore.

Completing the vision in July 2026, The Courtyard Mews will introduce five stylish but inkeeping two-bedroom mews houses tucked at the rear of the site, boasting picturesque views of the Grade I listed St. Andrew’s Church and their own private courtyard.

The Courtyard is a hidden sanctuary, tucked behind two heritage-listed buildings, an elegant blend of past and future; at its heart, luxury and sustainability live side by side.
